I’m baaaaaccckkk! Did you miss me?
I know I’ve been completely AWOL for the last six months, which is absolutely crazy town (and the longest I have ever stayed away). But I had a few things that I needed to sort out (get job, apply for uni, life) over the last few months and to be perfectly honest with you guys, I needed a little break away from Back to Bircher – the old ‘it’s not you, it’s me’ comes to mind. But I am feeling refreshed and inspired to start sharing again on the interwebs. Hell yeah!
I want to eeease back into it with a scrummy recipe for a ridiculously good tomato pasta sauce that is super simple, filling and seriously lush. Plus, if you don’t add the parmesan cheese to serve, it is completely vegan.
